Some societies also take a refundable interiors/move deposit of ₹5,000–₹10,000 and restrict moves to 9 AM–6 PM on weekdays.

How early should the service lift be booked? Most Gurugram societies accept bookings 2–7 days ahead through the society app or facility office. Weekend slots fill first — book the lift the day you fix your moving date.
When is the society deposit refunded? Typically 7–15 working days after the facility team confirms no damage to common areas. Photograph the lift and corridors before and after loading; it settles any dispute instantly.
