Kolkata-specific cost factors

Second, truck no-entry timings inside city limits: larger vehicles can only move at night in many areas, so teams either pack by day and load at night, or use smaller vehicles that shuttle — both are routine for us, but they're the reason two identical flats can get different quotes in different neighbourhoods.
