How we move an office without losing a working day
Every corporate move begins with a site walkthrough and a written project plan: what moves, in what sequence, over which non-working hours. Workstations are photographed, labelled desk by desk and mapped to the new floor plan, so seat 42's monitor, CPU, keyboard and chair land at seat 42 in the new office. IT assets travel in anti-static bubble and foam-lined crates; files move in sealed, numbered cartons logged on a manifest with a documented chain of custody.
Execution runs Friday evening to Sunday night for most offices — dismantling and packing after close of business, transport overnight, reinstallation and cable-up the next day, and a snag-check walkthrough with your admin team before Monday. For smaller offices we do the same in a single overnight window.

Servers and networking racks are powered down with your IT team, packed in shock-protected crates and moved in cushioned vehicles — never stacked under general cargo. Large-format printers, plotters, medical or lab equipment and safes get their own handling plan and, where needed, hydraulic trolleys and extra manpower. If a vendor's engineer must certify de-installation or re-installation (common for leased copiers and precision equipment), we schedule the move around their visit so warranties stay intact.

Can you move our office over a weekend?
Yes — most of our corporate moves run Friday evening to Sunday night, so your team leaves the old office on Friday and starts Monday in the new one. Overnight moves are also possible for smaller offices.
How do you handle servers and IT equipment?
IT assets are packed in anti-static bubble wrap and foam-lined crates, transported in cushioned vehicles, and unpacked at designated positions per your floor plan. We coordinate with your IT team for safe shutdown and reconnection.
How is office moving priced?
Pricing depends on the number of workstations, IT assets, furniture volume and distance. After a free site survey we provide a fixed corporate quote with GST invoice — typically ₹15,000 for small offices to several lakh for large corporate campuses.
Is confidential documentation safe during the move?
Yes. Documents travel in sealed, numbered cartons logged on a manifest. Only authorised staff handle them, and cartons are opened by your team at the destination.
