How your car or bike actually travels
Vehicles move on specialised car carriers — hydraulic ramps for loading, wheel chocks and soft straps that never touch paintwork. Before loading, we photograph the vehicle all round and record its condition, odometer and fuel level on a signed report; at delivery you verify against the same report. Bikes are foam-wrapped and crated with the battery disconnected and fuel drained to the safe minimum. Cars can travel in open carriers (economical, the industry standard) or enclosed carriers for premium vehicles.
Preparing your vehicle for transport
Keep the fuel tank at about a quarter, remove personal belongings and detachable accessories, note any existing scratches on the condition report, and hand over one key set. Deactivate or document toll tags so transit tolls don't bill your FASTag. Insurance covers the vehicle itself — not loose items inside — which is why we ask that the cabin and boot travel empty. Alloy wheels, infotainment units and accessories are photographed individually for premium cars.
