From your door in India to your door abroad
An international move runs in five stages: survey and quote, export packing, freight, customs, and destination delivery. After the survey fixes your volume and destination, our team packs to export grade — corrugated wrap, custom wooden crating for fragile pieces and palletisation for the container. We book sea freight (FCL for full homes, LCL groupage for smaller loads) or air freight for urgent shipments, prepare the packing list and valuation documents, and hand your shipment to our destination partner, who clears customs and delivers to your new address.
Sea or air — choosing the right freight
Sea freight is the economical default: a full household in a 20-ft container, or a shared LCL slot for one-room loads, with 3–8 weeks transit depending on the destination. Air freight delivers in 5–10 days at a significantly higher rate per kilogram — most families use it only for a small essentials shipment while the main load sails. Your quote lays out both options with real numbers so the trade-off is yours to make, not a surprise.
Customs, documents and what to expect
We prepare the export-side paperwork — detailed packing list, valuation, and shipper documents — and our destination partners manage import clearance under your destination country's household-goods rules. You'll get a checklist of the personal documents needed (passport, visa/residence proof, and in most countries a used-household-goods declaration that reduces or removes import duty). Restricted items differ by country; your coordinator flags them at the survey so nothing is packed that customs would hold. Marine transit insurance covers the shipment from packing to final delivery.

Which countries do you move to?
We regularly handle relocations to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK and Europe, with partner coverage in 25+ countries worldwide.
Should I choose sea freight or air freight?
Sea freight is the most economical for full households (3–8 weeks transit). Air freight suits urgent or smaller shipments (5–10 days) at a higher rate. Many customers combine both — essentials by air, the rest by sea.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We prepare your packing list, valuation and export documents, and our destination partners manage import clearance. You'll get a checklist of the personal documents needed for your destination country.
How is an international move priced?
Cost depends on volume (measured in cubic feet/metres), destination, freight mode and insurance. After a free survey we provide a comprehensive quote covering packing, freight, documentation and destination delivery.
