How a household move works with us

It starts with a free survey — at your door or over a video call — where a coordinator walks every room, notes fragile and high-value items, checks floor access at both addresses and gives you one fixed written price. On moving day the team packs room by room with numbered inventory stickers: crockery vertical in partitioned cartons, electronics in anti-static wrap, mattresses in dust covers, wardrobes and beds dismantled with their fittings taped and labelled to the frame.

Loading follows a weight plan — heavy furniture against the cab wall, cartons stacked light-over-heavy, everything strapped and padded. Your goods travel in a GPS-tracked vehicle while your coordinator shares status updates. At delivery the same inventory list comes out: you tick every item off, the team reassembles furniture and places boxes room by room, and the move ends when you say it does — not when the truck leaves.

What we pack — and how

Kitchens take the most care: glassware in individual foam sleeves, plates on edge, masala boxes sealed against spills. Appliances are the second focus — refrigerators travel upright and defrosted, washing machines get transit bolts, TVs go into padded flat cartons. Books ship in small cartons so they stay liftable; clothes travel on hangers in wardrobe boxes or folded in medium cartons. Plants, pets, cash, jewellery and documents are the short list we ask you to carry personally — everything else is our job.

Local and intercity, priced honestly

A local shift within your city typically runs ₹3,000–₹18,000 by home size and completes in a day. Intercity moves run ₹8,000–₹40,000+ depending on distance and volume, with 2–6 days transit; a dedicated truck leaves on your date, while a shared truck trims 25–40% off the price if your dates flex. Transit insurance at 1.5–3% of declared value covers the journey door to door. Whatever the route, the number on your written quote is the number you pay — floor access, materials, labour, tolls and GST included.
